Lease Up & Development

Through our relationship with Element Construction, a general contractor focused exclusively on ground-up multifamily construction projects, we have comprehensive lease-up experience. We understand the need to work as a team with the contractor from pre-leasing to punch-list completion, and from final certificates of occupancy to resident move-in day. Our thoughtful and competitive marketing strategies provide exposure in the marketplace and create strong lease-up velocity.

Element Construction was founded by experienced multifamily professionals, including our President & CEO, with the purpose of forming a dedicated construction company focused on delivering value for the company and its investment partners. Leveraging the expertise and capabilities of its key principals, all of whom have come up in the apartment industry through different disciplines, Element provides a turnkey development, construction, and management platform.
